Roasted Spiced Chickpeas
These crunchy chickpeas are a great alternative to a bag of crisps and have a real kick

Ingredients
400g can Coop chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 tsp Coop olive oil
1 tsp hot chilli powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Method
1. Dry the chickpeas on kitchen paper
2. Scatter into a roasting tin and coat with the oil, then place in a cold oven
3. Set to 190°C/fan 170°C/Gas 5 and roast for 40 mins, shaking occasionally
4. Turn the oven off and leave for 45 mins
5. Take out of the oven and stir in the spices
6. Once cooled completely, divide between 6 bowls
